Job Description
The company is hiring a Project Manager to lead projects in the areas of sustainable development finance and capital markets. The ideal candidate will have experience managing crosssectoral projects and engaging with a range of stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving project preparation and implementation ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering partnerships with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan implement and monitor projects and programs including with a focus on sustainable development finance and capital markets.
- Help define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders including the private sector government and community groups to foster collaboration and achieve project goals.
- Coordinate activities encompassing advisory research advocacy and capacity building in close collaboration with other departments
- Coordinate the preparation of project documents including concept notes progress and final reports
- Formulate project schedule and timeline and monitor implementation to ensure adherence to project timelines budgets and performance indicators.
- Managing grant applications and requests for proposals.
- Help build and manage project team.
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources
- Lead quality assurance
- Present to management and stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
- Evaluate and assess project results outcomes and impact
Qualifications :
Profile
- Masters degree in project management business administration finance sustainable development or related field.
- Proven experience in managing projects particularly in sustainable development finance corporate finance or energy transition.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets desirable
- Strong research advocacy and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Project planning risk management time management and other project management skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
