Job Description

  • Provide firstlevel technical support to customers via phone email or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software hardware or network systems
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or engineering teams
  • Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of common customer issues and solutions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer service practices

Qualifications :

  • Have strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of IT systems software and networks
  • Have ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic technical issues
  • Have customerfocused with strong problemsolving skills
  • Have ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the company
  • Can work on shifts (including weekends public holidays and night shifts)
  • Have 1 year of experience in a technical environment in the role of Customer Technical Support will be a plus

We are looking for Junior Customer Technical Support Officer is responsible for the handling of daytoday tasks and is considered the 1st level of support for the Customer Technical Support department and acts as the first point of contact between Playtech and our partners.
