Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is to develop feed market and technical support to LDCproduced animal nutrition products in China by conducting applied animal nutrition researches to meet local market needs for implementing differentiation strategies as well as providing professional technical expertise for customers in the region so as to support market penetration and band enhancement.
LDC
Main accountabilities:
- To identify research needs by screening and evaluating academic and business environment and validating customers and market needs with Sales and R&D support and input.
- To be a technical expert providing technical solutions in Aqua nutrition and production with a special focus on marketing the products of LDC in China.
- To help develop annual research plan and propose budget to launch implement and monitor the projects and make sure the projects to be completed within agreed timeline and budget and research reports can be released on schedule.
- To support market development by providing valuable insight and valid analysis on new product launch in domestic market.
- To provide technical services to the customers by implementing differentiation strategies in these regions and delivering technical trainings.
- Tracking R&D progress and coordinating animal trials (e.g. feed efficacy health monitoring) to accelerate datadriven product optimization.
- Collaborating with clients to document trial results address technical queries and translate findings into actionable feedback for both R&D and sales teams.
Knowledge and Experience
- Master in Aqua nutrition and/or production
- Min.2 years of experiences in research and/or technical supporting roles in Aqua feed good fresh graduate is also acceptable
- Sound working experience in feed industry or farm as well as research is preferred
- Accept frequent travelling around 50
- Proactive selfmotivated selflearning. cooperative and strong in interpersonal communication
Languages: Excellent technical written in both English and Chinese.
