Digital Restoration Artist - Junior

We are seeking a detailoriented Junior Digital Restoration Artist to join our innovative team. This onsite role provides an opportunity to work with digital restoration tools and techniques while maintaining the integrity and quality of original content. Ideal candidates will have 12 years of professional experience or relevant skills that translate well to film restoration. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.

Schedule: Monday Friday (Swing Shift)
Salary: 25.0028.00 USD Per Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to receive and execute restoration assignments.
• Utilize digital restoration software to address film and video anomalies.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure deliverables meet company and industry standards.
• Accurately log time and update media order systems to track project progress.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with operational and client service teams to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Adhere to company quality guidelines and seek to enhance workflows with input from the department manager.
• Ensure departmental policies and procedures are upheld maintaining exceptional service standards for clients.
• Contribute to team initiatives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience

• Basic understanding of digital restoration processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with filmbased postproduction workflows and industry specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Problemsolving capabilities with a proactive approach.
• Selfmotivated able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new workflows quickly.

Preferred or a Plus:

• Proficiency with MTI DRS Phoenix DRS software or PFClean.
• Adobe Photoshop Adobe After Effects

Education and Eligibility

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.
