About the Role
We are looking for an AI/LLM Engineer to join our AI Foundation Services team. In this role you will develop secure and compliant AI solutions focusing on:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG)
- Custom AI solutions for industries like healthcare public sector and automotive
You will help shape TSystems AI products to meet the security and regulatory needs of European enterprises with a focus on practical scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement AI systems particularly focusing on LLMs.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Conduct research to explore new techniques and technologies in AI and machine learning.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for model development.
- Monitor and improve model performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related field.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python and strong programming skills.
- Experience with LLMs and AI frameworks: Transformers PyTorch TensorFlow.
- Experience with RAG frameworks: LlamaIndex LangChain.
- Ability to integrate AI systems with APIs lowlatency backends and production deployment.
- Ability to quickly grasp new AI concepts conduct experiments and propose system improvements.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with distributed HPC clusters: Ray Kubernetes Docker.
- Experience in finetuning LLMs and embeddings for specific tasks.
- Experience in developing and evaluating RAG systems.
