Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Field Service Associate to join our Field Service team. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the continental United States. As a Field Service Associate you will be key in managing customer relations by providing prompt and thorough responses to postshipment inquiries within our call center. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer communications
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through email and call center communication
- Support field service teams by managing CRM workflows
- Troubleshoot and help resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams
- Analyze survey responses and present findings to leadership for strategic action
- Compile weekly and monthly reports for management
- Offer datadriven insights to support management decisions
- Liaison between customers and company departments to facilitate smooth resolutions
- Distribute customer surveys to collect insights on service performance
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Prefer previous experience in at least two of the following areas
- Previous PEMB experience 2 years)
- Previous experience in Sales 3 years)
- Previous Customer Service experience 3 years)
- PEMB experience is highly desired
- PC competent (including Excel Word and Access)
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
