Job Description
- Collaborate with business managers and Subject Matter Experts to identify prioritize and implement solutions to improve efficiency reduce risk and support new business.
- Interact with advanced business analysts and solution developers to communicate and validate requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts including analysis reports and user documentation.
- Create process flow diagrams Use cases User stories Acceptance Criteria from scratch
- Work with project managers developers and end users to ensure application designs meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage projects through Agile Scrum methodology for SDLC covering from concept to production including coaching and mentoring of the whole team.
- Facilitate Joint Application development sessions for requirement gathering.
Qualifications :
- A bachelors or Masters in Business Computer Science technology management or a related discipline is required.
- Relevant work experience in Business Analysis with a strong focus on Information Technology projects is required.
- Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis product nurturing SDLC and agile solution delivery practices throughout the project life cycle is required.
- Superior analytical skills to quickly understand how technical systems business process and data management elements relate to one another and impact one another across business units.
