Job Description
- Create and maintain business requirements process flows use cases and gap analysis in a Waterfall environment.
- Create a Business Requirements Document (BRD) Functional Requirements Document (FRD) analyze data/workflows and define the scope.
- Participate in Gap Analysis to identify the current systems deficiencies and the requirements for the changes in the proposed system.
- Conduct JAD sessions to develop a business solution that application meets business requirements resolve open issues and change requirements.
- Create and configure new JIRA projects and worked with departments to maintain existing JIRA projects.
Qualifications :
- Masters/Bachelors in Science Engineering Information Management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of all SDLC phases including requirements gathering documenting and testing.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts in a fastpaced servicefocused environment.
- Excellent analytical reasoning problemsolving time management and organizational skills.
