Inventory Planning
- Consolidate and review sales forecasts from sales team for inventory planning.
- Submit monthly rolling forecasts issue purchase orders and coordinate ontime delivery schedules from factories.
- Perform inventory control by utilizing analytical tools to ensure the optimal stock level.
- Purchase orders issuance and monitor purchase orders status with factories.
- Coordinate with Global Transportation team (sea and air) for inbound shipments.
- Process inbound receipts in ERP.
- Liaise with counterparts including suppliers forwarders warehouses and customers as well as internal departments on a daily basis to meet financial cycle.
- Followup and update ERP pricing or configuration issues.
- Update stock MTD sales PO GIT and backlogs to sales team.
- Collaborate with other functions to review sales and AR cycle.
- Follow audits requirements for continuous improvement on Customer Service & Supply Chain operations.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Conduct full stocktake preparations (once every 6 months by items/ by quantity / by locations).
- Investigate and reconciliation for inventory data discrepancies and to make adjustment.
- Review and negotiate with 3PL service provider for sustaining quality services to warehouse operations.
- Perform aging stocks analysis.
- Work with Quality team on product recall activities (RMA).
- Arrange bulk shipment receipts (including sending ASN and coordinating with warehouse).
- Handle outbound activities with local 3PL.
- Prepare full set shipping document and arrange overseas shipment with freight forwarders.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders to bargain competitive freight cost when needed.
- Handle import and export declaration through Tradelink.
Other Duties
- Handle any adhoc projects / tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
- 8 years relevant experiences
- Computer literacy.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- A good team player effective communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people from diverse culture
- Responsible well organized with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Highly selfmotivated individual who can work independently and with minimal supervision
- Able to manage multitasks with ability to prioritize different objectives and meet tight timelines.
- Strong PC skills especially MS WORD EXCEL POWERPOINT and familiar with MS Outlook and Office Applications
