Job Description

The Senior People and Culture Development Partner will have a broad knowledge of learning and development practices and services and deep expertise in learning needs analysis and facilitation. They will also:

  • Collaborate with leaders stakeholders and employees to recommend communicate and deploy learning solutions connected to leadership development and career pathways.
  • Facilitate and support sustainment of select learning solutions (live or virtual) based on identified needs and deployment plans.
  • Provide expertlevel learning and development consulting services and serve as a highly seasoned expert in the field of professional and leadership development.
  • Contribute to RESPECs performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of market sector objectives.
  • Exhibit key components of PACT.

The partner will effectively lead strategic initiatives translate complex issues into actionable solutions manage a variety of projects communicate and lead effectively while demonstrating professional and ethical actions. Projects will have an enterpriselevel impact.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Learning Solutions Consulting Services

  • Work with employees in market sectors to provide learning solution consulting services for the deployment of existing solutions and/or the assessment of learning needs and/or knowledge or skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning initiatives with RESPECs Talent Development (TD) goals ensuring that solutions drive organizational impact and individual growth.
  • Assess readiness for learning solutions ensuring they meet business and learner needs and evaluate impact.
  • Use TDs portfolio of learning solutions and resources to craft and deliver smallscale tailored leader development for different audiences.
  • Serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator.

Facilitation & Leadership Development

  • Expertly facilitate leader development content engaging learners at all levels and building strong trusted relationships that promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Align your facilitation practices with industry best practices and TDs facilitation standards ensuring a highimpact learning experience for diverse learners that empowers them to apply their new skills in the workplace.
  • Bring forward a proactive strategy for ongoing development initiatives in conjunction with RESPECs annual goals and company vision.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buyin for learning solutions.
  • Drive leadership council to facilitate partnership in change management opportunities.
  • Drive communication efforts within market sectors to promote the value and outcomes of learning initiatives gathering insights and feedback to enhance the learning experience.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders about outcomes effectiveness and opportunities for continuous improvement ensuring that learning solutions evolve in response to the organizations changing needs.

Project Management & Learning Program Delivery

  • Lead/support implementation of learning programs within one or more market sectors fostering collaboration and scalability to meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Recommend and curate learning solutions that align with RESPECs Competency Framework and evolving organizational needs.
  • Provide ongoing support for learners and stakeholders ensuring a seamless experience from program launch to completion while gathering feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Help build the strategy for and growth of RESPEC U the companys internal learning center.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Learning & Development Education Instructional Design Communication Industrial Psychology or Organizational Development required
  • 710 years of experience designing developing and implementing learning solutions
  • 5 years working with an LMS in an Administration capacity
  • 5 years of formal facilitation experience
  • 5 years of experience in program/project leadership roles and experience in current and emerging learning theories learning trends and technologies
