>Implement Installer channel sales strategies tactics and actions in Taiwan
>Identify suitable installer partners & formulate development strategy in terms of products marketing training in order to increase motorization at each individual shop and gain market share from competition
>Identify & execute the right goto market with relevant Industrial and Distribution partners to set up the right environment to sell products and services to retailers
>Develop and keep strong relationship with relevant Distribution and Industrial partners
>Develop a service offer for retailers to support them in motorization development
>Collect and share insights from retailers and channel partners
>Finetune and improve strategies and in order to maximize sales and profitability in Installer channel
Sales Operations & Account management
>Introduce & promote new products in the market through product launch events
>Organize & coordinate dealers meet & business promotion events/activities at customer locations
>Design and execute specific promotion schemes
>Monitor costs competition and supply and demand to eliminate unprofitable focus
>Able to understand the product Retails Sales Potentials Competition Pricing.
>Maintain the relation with Retailers / Dealers and achieve sales targets
>Create develop maintain relationships with all retail partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction promote the company brand and to sustain longterm business partnerships
Sales Administration
>Execute and track orders
>Ensure all records are entered into the CRM system (salesforce)
>Provide after sales services works with supply chain team on Replenishment of Stocks Order Processing Collection Promotion and followups
>Track initiatives for resolving Retailers Dealers Outlets issues and provide proper solutions
>Follow up with Distributor / Industrial partner for timely payment
Qualifications :
>Education : Engineering / Business Background a minimum Bachelor degree or plus
>Number of Years in similar position: 23 years
>Foreign Language: English Taiwanese Chinese
>Excellent computer skills especially MS Excel PPT Salesforce
>Excellent interpersonal relationships
>Experience in field sales in the past specially in retail sector (FMCG durable electronic products home decoration)
>Experience in the negotiation techniques and collaboration with the client
>Well versed with retail channel a strong plus with durable electronic products and / or home decoration
>Excellent interpersonal analytical leadership & negotiation skills with proven track record of developing new markets & launching products
