Job Description

About the role:
You will play a key role in supporting the administrative side of our sales and onboarding process. This is an adminfocused role with minimal customer interaction which instead focuses heavily on data accuracy compliance and process adherence. You will rarely speak to customers directly instead working behind the scenes to ensure that customer records service contracts and funding applications are correctly set up and compliant with regulations.

With a strong emphasis on structured sales processes this role involves routine administrative work including data management compliance checks and quality assurance. Your expertise in Salesforce Aged Care programs (HCP & CHSP) MAC Portal and compliance will be essential in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

This is an approximate 12 month fixedterm opportunity suited to someone who enjoys structured workflows attention to detail and ensuring compliance in a teambased environment. While youll have the flexibility to work from home attendance at our Bella Vista office is required at least once a month therefore you will need to be based in Sydney. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Salesforce data entry ensuring accuracy across customer records quotes and service contracts.
  • Coordinating and maintaining the endtoend sales support process for new customers.
  • Assisting in funding applications quality audits and compliance checks for HCP services.
  • Supporting internal teams with reporting training and CRM updates.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal processes and government regulations within aged care programs.
  • Collaborating with HCP Specialists and Customer Care Managers to maintain data accuracy and streamline onboarding workflows.

About you:
To excel in this role you will have a strong administrative background with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement and compliance.

You will also bring:

  • Experience in a similar administrative or sales support role ideally within aged care healthcare or a complianceheavy industry.
  • CRM expertise with a preference for Salesforce experience.
  • Strong skills in data management compliance and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • A teamfocused mindset capable of managing workload collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of aged care funding programs (HCP & CHSP) is highly desirable but not essential.
