Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
- Coordinate and manage the good of day to day administrative and legal formalities in accordance with the law
- Ensuring the continuing good standing of client companies by ensuring all company law and contractual requirements are complied with
- Build develop and maintain partnerships with clients
- Coach and develop junior team members to grow within their role
Tasks (what does the role do on a daytoday basis)
- The manager will report to the Head of Pool (HoP) and will assist the HoP for the management of the pool
He will:- Manage a small team of corporate officers with their portfolio of Real Estate clients (mainly Propcos and Holdco entities) as well as the relationship with the Global Client Delivery (GCD) assigned to this team
- Review deliverables prepared by the GCD for this clients portfolio and monitor answer to clients requests
- Review legal documents (board / shareholders minutes agreements proxies articles of incorporation extraordinary / ordinary general meetings change of manager(s) notices etc) drafted by the team or the GCD
- Ensure the application of our internal procedures
- Facilitate close collaboration with other departments mostly the Accounting Department Tax department and the GCD
- Manage the relationships with the asset manager real estate asset manager the property manager the tax advisor the auditors the lawyer and the banks
- Follow up and manage ongoing client business and possibilities for organic growth
- Share market developments that might be interesting for clients
- Ensure that KYC (Know Your Client) and KYT (Know Your Transaction) requirements are applied check and maintain compliance files
- Assist the FATCA CRS team for the FATCA and CRS reportings if applicable
- Assist in coaching and developing team members within their role
- Ensure client satisfaction on the quality and timeliness of the deliverables
- The Manager is the escalation point of technical issues / questions or more complex files
- Directorship mandates and attendance to the board meetings

Qualifications :
- Master or Bachelors degree
- 57 years of experience in Corporate law and significant experience in Real Estate. Knowledge in SICAR SIF RAIF is an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
- Experienced in handling: acquisition of participations board resolutions incorporation and liquidation of a company proxies advanced knowledge of annual reporting law
- Knowledge of local legal requirements in Germany Italy Spain or Portugal will be a great advantage
- Languages: Fluent in English any other language would be an advantage (especially French and /or German.
