As the Marketing Operations Manager at plancraft you play a crucial role in scaling the company to become the #1 craftsmen software in Europe. Your key challenges will include:
- Enhancing our marketing operations to drive growth and efficiency.
- Implementing and managing marketing automation tools and processes.
- Utilizing data to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology and Automation:
- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing systems and tools.
DataDriven Marketing:
- Utilize data analytics to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
- Generate comprehensive reports and summaries for management providing actionable insights.
Attribution and Performance Marketing:
- Develop and implement a robust attribution setup to accurately measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Leverage attribution models to allocate budgets effectively and improve channel performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in attribution and performance marketing.
Lead Management:
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Salary: The salary for this position is between 50000 and 65000 per year depending on your experience.
YOUR PROFILE
Are you a Match
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations preferably within a fastpaced startup environment.
- Proven track record in managing marketing technology and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset.
- Strong expertise in setting up and managing attribution models to evaluate marketing performance effectively.
- Handson experience in performance marketing with a deep understanding of campaign optimization and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- German (C1 II English (B2
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and drive significant results.
