You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting directly to the Director Acute General Medicine Critical Care and Transitions the Clinical Services Manager is a key member of the Medicine programs leadership team. Leading an interprofessional team of passionate and highly skilled clinicians and team members. With a focus on quality and experience the Clinical Services Manager will have overall accountability for ensuring that patient care is provided safely and competently and that human fiscal and material resources are managed effectively.

In particular we are seeking a dynamic leader who has a demonstrated history of achieving results from the perspective of clinical quality operations and developing highperforming teams in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will be tasked with raising the bar with respect to practice standards and exploring potential new models of care developing and implementing new processes or quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with organizational and community partners.
