The Role
The role requires planning and executing strategies following our proven system of sourcing and qualifying candidates. As you learn and grow in your success your role expands to include team building coaching and leadership opportunities. This role is fully performancebased and suited for a gogetter and bigthinker who has the drive and vision to achieve your success targets and goals.
Your Skills
- You have at least 5 years experience in a recruiting talent acquisition or clientfacing role in a corporate setting or as an independent contractor.
- You are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- You are motivated and ambitious eager to set your own growth and success targets.
- You are familiar with online social platforms or willing to level up your skills with training and support.
- You are a lifelong learner excited to share your development journey and passionate about assisting others on their success journey.
Your Responsibilities
- Apply strategies using our advanced processes and methods with comprehensive support and training provided using a range of social media platforms.
- Generate leads qualify candidates and manage the flow of information
- Manage the inquiry process with professional follow up and onboarding support
- Learn and grow daily with our personal & leadership development training
- Attend weekly liveonline professional development sessions
