Job Description
Shift: Mid Shift
As a member of the Strategic Analytics team supporting Claims this candidate will manage and analyze large datasets and dashboards to provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders. This position will help support retain and grow Archs book of business while reducing our clients cost of risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather manage and analyze large datasets to identify claim trends and insights for clients and prospects.
- Develop presentations for clients and stakeholders providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct portfolio and business unit analysis to support strategic decisionmaking for internal senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through rigorous validation processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or other data visualization tools to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Perform comprehensive statistical analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of datadriven strategies to enhance business performance.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in business analysis with a preference for experience in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Additional Information :
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Mathematics Statistics Data Analytics or an equivalent field.
