Job Description
Shift: Mid Shift
Strategic Analytics is a growing team at Arch. The team develops innovative predictive models and analytical tools to improve profitability and growth. This position will help support the data analytics needs across a growing portfolio of highprofile digital projects by building smart datasets and extracting useful insights by leveraging a diverse set of tools and languages. This includes the following cutting edge technologies available via our cloud environment; Snowflake Spark Python R and Azure Data Factory. As a key member of the Strategic Analytics team you will advance our overall capabilities helping the team analyze data faster.
- Work closely with the strategic analytics team to understand the business problems and create the bestsuited datasets
- Perform data manipulation using SQL and/or Python to develop data assets
- Use technology to automate data ingestion transformation and integration
- Work jointly with modeling team to extract important insights based on business needs
- Collaborate with data visualization and modeling teams to create dashboards that effectively convey the output of the analysis
- Build tools to advance data engineering capabilities
- Provide the appropriate level of documentation of sources and technical solutions
- Evaluate data quality and completeness
Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate has 2 years experience in data analytics using SQL and R or Python
- Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented
- Excellent critical thinking skills to tackle complex data challenges
- Experience predictive modeling and data visualization is a plus
- Comfortable working in fast paced highly collaborative environment
- Ability to effectively communicate to different target audiences
