Shift Assignment: Night Shift
- Provide onsite technical support for endusers addressing hardware and software issues at their desks.
- Install configure and troubleshoot desktops laptops and peripherals to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that cannot be resolved at the deskside.
- Conduct regular hardware and software maintenance including updates patches and system optimizations.
- Offer handson assistance with user training and guidance on ITrelated matters.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies procedures and security protocols.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities configurations and issue resolutions.
- Participate in the planning and of IT projects such as system upgrades and rollouts.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and provide input on their potential integration into the organizations IT environment.
- Foster positive relationships with endusers and contribute to a customerfocused IT support culture.
Qualifications :
Required Skills/Experience
- Experience as a deskside support or field service engineer. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Indepth knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows macOS) and common productivity software.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills and familiarity with a variety of computing devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with endusers and crossfunctional IT teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
