Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Woburn MA USA
Details: Fulltime inoffice 5 days a week
Our client is a leading subcontractor in the Boston commercial construction market. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Human Resources Administrator to join their team in Woburn MA.
As a Human Resources Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting their HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of their HR processes. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records assisting with recruitment and onboarding and providing support for various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information benefits and training records
Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
Process payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Support performance management processes by tracking employee reviews and providing necessary documentation
Assist with employee relations issues including conducting investigations and maintaining confidentiality
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide support for training and development initiatives including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation
Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements
Handle other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role
Understanding of HR laws and regulations
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Detailoriented and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
