Job Description
- Responsible for user support through help desk tickets phone calls emails or inperson consultations.
- Maintaining records of issues resolutions and processes for future reference.
- Responsible for installing configuring and maintaining computer systems and software in the office and shop floor area.
- Responsible for OS installation and security patches in office and shop floor area.
- Ensuring the IT network is functioning properly and troubleshooting connectivity or performance issues.
- Responsible for asset and license management.
- Assisting with the implementation of security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensuring data integrity.
- Offering guidance or training to staff on how to use software or technology tools.
- Provide oncall support for production users and PCs.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and familiarity with iOS and Linux.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problemsolving.
- Good communication skills for assisting nontechnical users.
