We re looking for a dynamic Junior Marketer and Admin to play a crucial role in scaling our hairstyling business. Responsibilities
- Craft and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms showcasing our latest hairstyles and trends
- Edit and optimize video content using CapCut or similar software transforming raw footage into shareable viralworthy clips
- Design eyecatching flyers and graphics using Canva to promote our services and special events
- Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally ensuring topnotch customer service
- Conduct indepth market research to identify new trends potential clients and growth opportunities in the beauty industry
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support overall business operations and scaling efforts
- Collaborate with the business owner to develop and implement strategies for expanding our online presence and client base
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to continually refine our digital marketing approach
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and best practices in the beauty industry
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
- Proficiency in graphic design tools with a strong preference for Canva expertise
- Solid video editing skills particularly with CapCut or similar software
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging social media posts and professional emails
- Basic understanding of market research techniques and ability to analyze data for actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently
- Creativity and an eye for aesthetics especially in relation to hair and beauty trends
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with the latest trends
- Experience with email management and general administrative tasks
