Produce sales reports and maintain sales records
Share market information with the sales team and corporate functions.
Support for sales statistical analysis: articles average prices etc.
Support the sales department with other administrative tasks if requested Communicate important feedback to sales manager and/or other internal departments Provide postsale customer support Order Management and Princing Management (price list upload and price analysis)
Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred 1 2 years experience in sales administration or a similar role
experience working with SAP
exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software experience in working with international teams preferred
proficient in minimum 2 languages English and Italian is mandatory french is considered a plus
