Job Description
- Establish and update process quality system based on IATF16949 and customer requirement (CP training process nonconformity handling process QC working process etc).
- Ensure all process activities in the workshop can meet the quality system.
- According to both internal and external quality feedback keep internal quality document (including procedure SOPs) updating.
- Manage the process of dealing with nonconformity product.
- Take actions to reduce the ratio of s and NQC.
- Responsible for workshop QC management.
- Support internal and external audit.
- Support quality activity workshop training etc. to develop quality culture and enhance quality awareness.
- Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree.Majored in Chemical is preferred.
- Above 3 years working experience as process quality engineer.
- Well knowledge about IATF 16949 system VDA and quality tools for problem solving with solid onsite quality management experience.
- Good leadership skills good communication skills .
