The Web Coordinator works on the Marketing Managers team and is responsible for the daytoday activities and optimization on Structube. They will monitor errors and manage quality assurance of the website in order to optimize the customer experience online. They will support the marketing team in the development deployment and postcampaign analysis of webrelated marketing initiatives ensuring that industry bestpractices are upheld.
Job Description
- Manage and oversee daytoday tasks associated with the operation of Structube: content updates error monitoring web pages set up and maintenance;
- Recognize opportunities for site improvements that will lead to increase sales conversion and engagement;
- Visual merchandising of all website product pages tag all products in web content;
- Ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from calltoactions to landing pages;
- Work closely with the product team to ensure all online product features and information are displayed at their best;
- Collaborate with several entities to provide accurate keyword information in order to optimize SEO performance across all content on the website;
- Perform site audits and lead quality assurance efforts as required to ensure content on Structube is optimized accurate and uptodate to optimize UX/UI by implementing best practices;
- Implement and utilize Google Analytics Looker Studio and other thirdparty apps and plugins to improve customer experience and increase sales;
- Monitor ongoing automated email marketing performance and suggest recommendations to optimize customer journey emails;
- Coordinate web projects with inhouse developers and external agency;
- Work with 3rd party representative to coordinate feed optimization pixel integrations etc.;
- Collect customer service feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement changes online to improve overall customer experience;
- Manage Google Locations and Facebook Locations for all Structube stores;
- Manage website reviews;
- Monitor and analyze data and trends while reporting on KPI performance;
- Analyze competitors on an ad hoc/seasonal basis identifying opportunities that may help improve the customer proposition of the website.
Qualifications :
- 13 years experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Marketing
- Experience with Magento Adobe ECommerce NAV (Microsoft Dynamics 365 an asset
- Knowledge of Google Ads Google Analytics Facebook Business Suite Google Business Manager an asset
- Understanding of SEO SEM Adwords AB Testing Sales Funnel
- Good understanding of all aspects of web and eCommerce metrics and analytics
- Excellent understanding of customer journey as it pertains to an online shopping experience
- Experience in catalogue feed optimization attribution modeling and website optimization
- Proven ability to make datadriven decisions
- Analytical rigorous detailoriented and disciplined
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels
- Ability to work with minimal direction with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to make datadriven decisions
- Bilingual (English and French).
