ThinkBait the innovative marketing hub for Neilson Financial Services is seeking a Paid Social Media Designer (Video & Motion AIEnhanced) to develop engaging scalable video content and motion graphics for multiple life insurance brands. Youll harness cuttingedge AI tools to streamline video production experiment with new ideas and swiftly bring motionbased creative to market. As part of our performancedriven approach youll help test and optimize direct response video ads for paid social fueling rapid iteration and delivering highimpact results.
Key Responsibilities:
ShortForm Video & Animation: Create GIFs simple animations and motion graphics optimized for direct response on paid social channels.
AIPowered Video Creation: Utilize AIdriven solutions (e.g. avatar videos AI voiceovers) to rapidly produce compelling content.
DataDriven Editing: Leverage realtime feedback and performance metrics to refine videos for higher engagement and conversions.
Platform Adaptability: Tailor content for Facebook Instagram TikTok and other platforms ensuring each piece meets best practices.
Creative Collaboration: Work with designers copywriters and performance marketers to align visuals with campaign goals.
Qualifications :
Experience: 2 years in video editing motion graphics or animation ideally in performance marketing.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
AI Tools: Comfortable using AIenhanced video solutions for rapid iteration (avatar creation automated voiceovers).
Direct Response Knowledge: Understanding of how video elements (cuts hooks overlays) influence conversions.
Speed & Precision: Ability to turn around highquality video assets under tight deadlines.
