Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality static visuals for marketing materials presentations social media internal communications and other digital/print formats.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all creative output.
- Support the creation of videos and animations using brand-compliant motion graphics and editing techniques.
- Develop and maintain branded templates and reusable design assets for both graphic and video use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas and information into visually engaging assets.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet brand guidelines technical standards and project timelines.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Work on a variety of graphic design tasks based on briefs including layout design image editing and branding application.
- Edit and animate videos for internal use or marketing distribution adding transitions lower thirds and graphic overlays.
- Communicate regularly with Project Leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment on creative direction and deadlines.
- Receive and incorporate feedback quickly to deliver high-quality revisions within agreed SLAs.
- Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks to meet daily and weekly goals.
Qualifications :
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing static and motion design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of branding layout typography and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creating basic animations transitions and motion graphics for video content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
Availability
- Must be available to work 3040 hours per week.
- Amenable to working 68 hours per weekday between 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM Philippine Time (GMT8) with flexibility to meet client needs.
