Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Marketing Generalist to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design and communication ideally with experience in the industrial automotive or aviation sectors. This role requires a blend of graphic design expertise event planning social media content creation and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities:
Design and Graphic Work
- Create visual content for internal and external communication including brochures flyers and other marketing materials.
- Design layouts for exhibition booths info displays and related materials to ensure brand consistency and appeal.
- Utilize design software such as Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign to deliver highquality graphics.
Social Media and Content Creation
- Contribute to content planning and idea generation for social media channels.
- Assist in creating visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity and drives engagement.
Website Management
- Support website content management and updates to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Collaborate on ideas for website enhancements and improved user experience.
Exhibition and Event Coordination
- Plan and prepare for exhibition events including coordination with event planners and thirdparty vendors.
- Oversee booth layout and design for industry events ensuring all displays align with brand standards.
- Manage onsite logistics including travel arrangements booth setup insurance and other requirements to ensure smooth .
Press and Public Relations Support
- Assist with press requests and manage any media inquiries.
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases as needed.
- Administrative Support.
- Handle purchases and budget control for marketingrelated expenses.
Qualifications :
- Photoshop: Very good proficiency
- Illustrator: Good to very good proficiency
- InDesign: Good to very good proficiency
- 35 years of experience in design and communication within an industrial context
- Experience in the automotive or aviation industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Creative detailoriented and proactive personality with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
