Job Description

Main tasks roles and responsibilities:

  • Business case management: establish and maintain a financial reporting model that guarantees the accurate presentation of expected financial results; analysis of project profitability; financial calculation of running business cases and better explanation of profit bridges
  • Works and communicates handinhand with all relevant stakeholders from corporate functions as well as business areas and 3rd parties in ensuring the integrity of all of the businesss management reporting
  • Analysis and appropriate implementation of internal procedures and processes related but not limited to management reporting
  • Responsibility in ongoing projects in controlling the business areas including overseeing and evaluating existing processes and proposing new more effective processes
  • Providing effective decision support on key investment proposals and opportunities for strategic initiatives by leading complex analysis and business case modeling
  • Support in Business acquisition transactions and inorganic growth initiatives including postacquisition integration of new Group companies (actuals Budget planning and forecasting as well)
  • Support in internal and external benchmarking processes
  • Build visualize and deploy new Business reports & requests on time
  • Support Business partners holding for boardmeeting preparation
  • Preparation of management reports including nonstandard adhoc analysis at short notice
  • Prepare data and reports for central and local standard reporting
  • Analyze and prepare main deviations (e.g. versus Budget / Forecast / Actuals)
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations summaries with meaningful messages / insights
  • Maintain Reporting Library and coordinate reporting cycles
  • Maintain authorization matrix for reporting
  • Responsible for ensuring that reports are created on time and with high quality
  • Adapt new reporting requirements and changes for standard reporting
  • Enhance reporting packages for local/regional business partner based on central requirements

 


Qualifications :

Education

  • The ideal candidate would have relevant University Degree in Finance Accounting or comparable business background
  • Masters degree as well as Certification in accounting auditing or comparable business topic will be considered an advantage
  • Proven record of lifelong learning attitude

Work experiences time / seniority / sector:

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate controlling environment
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Financial reporting experience delivered in a shared services center environment
  • Project management experience is considered as significant advantage
  • Experience in manufacturing organization and production controlling on similar position will be considered a significant advantage

Technical / IT knowledge:

  • Solid Excel functions experience
  • SAP FI and CO module
  • Experience in SAP S4/HANA is an advantage
  • Expertise in analytics and reporting (storytelling visualization)
  • Experience in reporting tools Microsoft Office products SAPAfO (analysis for office)

 

Language with level

  • Native in Hungarian fluent in English German language knowledge is an advantage
