Job Title: Technical Java Lead

- Lead the development of scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java technologies.
- Architect and implement highperformance maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and guide the development team ensuring best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions adhering to project deadlines.
- 8 years of Java experience with expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of data structures algorithms and REST API integration.
- Handson experience with Maven Gradle and Git for build and version control.
- Proven leadership in team mentoring and project management.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
