Job Description
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for Call Center positions including sourcing screening interviewing and followup.
- Develop recruitment strategies that attract qualified talent.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet client demands.
- Ensure efficient communication with candidates and stakeholders during the selection process.
- Collaborate with the team to align recruitment requirements and goals.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in recruitment preferably in Call Center positions.
- Intermediateadvanced English (B2 or higher) to conduct interviews and communicate with international candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
