Supplier Provided Services
The following knowledge and skills are required but not limited to:
- Excellent language skills in the language(s) of support (verbal written listening reading).
- At minimum C1/Advanced Level or equivalent is required unless otherwise specified.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills including proper use of grammar spelling punctuation and sentence construction for Chat Email Messenger and Social Media support;
- Good command of both spoken and written English as 2nd language for the entire customer base (required for communication (meetings) training and case logging). At minimum B2/Intermediate Level is required unless otherwise specified;
- Ability to put complex thoughts in writing in a logical organized and coherent manner (Chat Email Messenger and Social Media support); Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening probing and empathetic skills;
- Excellent keyboard and typing skills with high accuracy;
- Accuracy in data entry;
- Ability to multitask between different customer support sessions support tools and applications (Phone Chat Email Social Media Web);
- Superior customer service skills with a passion for customers; Exemplary professional demeanor resourcefulness flexibility and selfmotivation;
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills;
- Basic software and hardware knowledge of computing mobile or printing devices such as Operating System Management and installing/uninstalling applications and drivers (additional knowledge and skills to be required via Training);
- Basic knowledge of networks (wired and wireless connections WLAN IP DNS default gateway subnet mask and basic CMD commands such as Ping Telnet IPConfig and NSLookup);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Sales skills. Ability to make an offer and convert it into a sale by effectively handling objections (if applicable);
- Projects a positive image of brand to Customer
