Your role will involve crafting impactful visuals for Ch Tt and its vertical brands (Nh Tt Vic Lm Tt Ch Tt Xe) while bringing our brand vision to life through compelling branding and design.

• Develop and execute impactful visual concepts that adhere to Ch Tts brand guidelines and its verticals (Nh Tt Ch Tt Xe Vic Lm Tt) driving engagement across media channels/ advertising platforms and resonating with target audiences.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams the Design Lead and Copywriters to understand campaign objectives craft visuals that enhance ad performance brainstorm creative concepts and deliver art direction aligned with brand goals.

• Oversee the creation and finalization of creative works for internal and external communication channels producing abovetheline (ATL) and belowtheline (BTL) designs that align with conceptual visions and meet project requirements.

• Lead design efforts for B2C and B2B branding and commercialization projects including key visuals (KVs) print ads social media content branding campaigns corporate identities and event materials such as POSM backdrops and promotional assets.

• Leverage AI generative tools to streamline workflows and infuse innovation into the creative process from ideation to .

• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand personality adhere to guidelines and achieve project objectives. Regularly evaluate the Design teams work to maintain quality and consistency.

• Manage additional design tasks as needed ensuring timely delivery of highquality results. Monitor ad performance data to refine visual strategies and optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years in graphic design preferably within an advertising or creative agency. Proven track record in IMC/social campaigns with handson experience as a Creative Designer Junior Art Director or similar role in either a creative agency or an inhouse team.

• Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling with the ability to conceptualize and design from scratch. Highly creative with a versatile approach to generating innovative ideas and solutions for diverse creative briefs.

• Solid grasp of design principles including color theory imagery and typography.

• Detailoriented and passionate about design art and staying updated on digital trends.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication abilities to effectively understand project requirements and articulate creative ideas clearly.
