- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key indicators related to job recruiting journey and their liquidity.
- Understand and analyze market competition landscape and user behaviors which involve user interviews research and data deepdive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement of user experience.
- Work closely with product team and functional teams to develop or optimise solutions to enhance recruitment experience and liquidity on the platform.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders providing actionable insights and practical recommendations to achieve the defined goals and targets. Ensure clear and continuous communication across all involved departments.
- For the delegated projects develop a detailed plan actively track progress and propose optimisation plan to ensure project delivery in both timeline and results.
- Other adhoc duties & as assigned and paperwork.
Qualifications :
- University graduate with minimum 23 years of experience
- Strong analytical problem solving skill with an openminded approach.
- Possess good business understanding of digital products
- Userfocused mindset and a can do attitude.
- Good data processing skills and be familiar with SQL Big Query Data Studio etc. Ability to translate data into business insights.
- Able to work in a fastpaced team structure under time pressure
- Good data visualization and presentation skill
- Teamwork skill in order to collaborate acrossteams.
