Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a team of application analysts supporting key applications including Sustainability HR and Finance tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the translation of business requirements into functional designs working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Manage the change and release management processes for application developments updates and upgrades.
- Coordinate testing and user training activities ensuring highquality deliverables and comprehensive user support.
- Form strong relationships with business partners vendors and employee groups while cultivating a positive and collaborative team culture across multiple time zones.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of leadership experience with a strong focus on effectively managing and developing teams of application analysts.
- Handson experience managing a portfolio of globally delivered applications with a strong understanding of global application support and the endtoend application lifecycle.
- Previous experience as a functional consultant is highly desirable.
- Experience in authoring functional design documents and creating both functional and technical design specifications including a strong understanding of matrix security designs.
- Proven success in project delivery with a focus on achieving outcomes and ensuring timely followup.
- Strong people management change management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels along with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
