Job Description
Thenamaris invites high caliber professionals to apply for a job opportunity within the Planning department. The selected individual will report to the Planning Manager and play a key role in managing various crossdepartmental efforts projects and/or strategic programs aligned with corporate objectives.
This role involves supporting the company including the commercial and fleet management teams in conceptualizing designing planning executing and tracking performance improvement initiatives particularly those of a crossfunctional nature. The individual will work closely with the business and the IT department to translate business needs into actionable IT system requirements.
The ideal candidate will be a responsible and dynamic individual with strong problemsolving skills and a resultsoriented approach excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications :
The following characteristics and skills are required:
- A university degree in Business Administration Engineering Finance or a related discipline along with a Masters degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of business process analysis redesign methodologies and system configuration principles
- Expertise in project management and system configuration preferably within a consulting environment
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a role focused on business process analysis and redesign with a proven ability to translate business needs into precise actionable IT system requirements
- Strong background in consulting or a role requiring analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to understand and navigate complex systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously effectively balancing deadlines and competing priorities
- PC literacy proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in English at an oral and written level
