- Collaborate with the membership team to onboard new members enhance engagement and support communitybuilding initiatives.
- Act as the main contact for members addressing inquiries feedback and troubleshooting needs.
- Organize and host community events like webinars and meetups to boost member retention and participation.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics implementing strategies for increased member involvement.
- Oversee social media and communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community or social media management.
- Proactive adaptable problemsolver with strong people management and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram) and collaboration tools (WhatsApp Slack Google Suite). Event planning experience is a plus.
