Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales Engagement Reach out to potential business clients (SMBs) via provided leads
Negotiation & Closing Deals Utilize persuasion & communication skills to secure agreements
Client Onboarding Guide new customers through the sales process & product adoption
Sales Strategy Adapt innovate & optimize sales processes to maximize results
Pipeline Management Maintain an organized sales flow to ensure continuous success
Ideal Profile & Requirements:
Fluent in Czech (C2 & Proficient in English (B2
Previous experience in sales customer service or business development (preferred)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Attention to detail & ability to make independent decisions
Team player with a proactive & goaloriented mindset
