Job Description
Join our Mobile Guild as a Team Lead and bring your expertise in mobile development to guide our team in delivering toptier mobile applications. Your leadership will drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in the industry. In this role you will:
Oversee the design development and implementation of mobile applications
Collaborate with teams to develop a comprehensive mobile design system and components library
Ensure mobile application quality and performance meet company standards
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Contribute to the development of our opensource library for the React Native community
Keep ahead of industry trends and technologies to ensure our mobile solutions are competitive
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in the tech industry with a focus on front/mobile development
Strong understanding of mobile application development including React Native
Proficiency in English
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Experience working with crossfunctional teams including designers and product managers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for UX and design a bonus

Our mission is to enable anyone worldwide to build any mobile application using our infrastructure. As a team were spread across 40 groups and are all experts in our respective fields. We build our apps using a unique multimodule architecture that allows us to work together independently. We take ownership of what we do and enjoy taking on any technical challenge that stands in our way.
