Job Description
Shape and execute the internal marketing and communication strategy and plans across multiple marketing channels for an allocated portfolio within Standard Bank Group. Partner with assigned business portfolio to plan scope and deliver impactful internal marketing and communications initiatives across geographies in support of the business strategies and objectives.
Qualifications :
- A relevant degree in Marketing
- 57 Years proven experience in internal communication
- Strong skills in writing editing and employee engagement channels
- Project Management experience would be advantageous
- Extensive experience in coordinating and managing stakeholders at all organisational levels
