Title: Unified Communications (UC) Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Prairie View TX
Rate: $40/hr - $50/hr
Job Description:
We are looking for a UC Engineer to support maintain and enhance our voice video and collaboration systems. You will work with platforms like Cisco CUCM Microsoft Teams Zoom and Webex to ensure smooth communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot VoIP and video conferencing systems
- Support Cisco UC tools (CUCM Unity Jabber Expressway)
- Integrate with Microsoft Teams Zoom and other platforms
- Ensure uptime and performance of UC services
- Collaborate with network and security teams
Requirements:
- 3 5 years of UC experience
- Strong knowledge of Cisco UC VoIP and SIP
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams Zoom Webex
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred:
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP Collaboration)
- Experience with cloud UC and scripting (PowerShell Python)
