Job Description
About the Role:
- Responsible for sKids Programme set up and the daily operation of the programme as well as fostering great relationships with our school communities.
- Play an important role in growing AWESOME kiwi kids.
- Provide day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery
- Manage parent and school liaison
- Manage & Oversee daily administrational tasks
- Managing staff & your team members
Hours & Time of work:
Monday to Friday 30 hours per week. This includes inratio hours at our Before and After School Care program with the remaining hours dedicated to operational tasks for the region as directed by the Regional Operations Manager in support of the Senior Programme Leaders.
Location of work: Papatoetoe Central School and a hybrid work schedule for the remaining hours negotiated with the Regional Operations Manager either from Home or the Support Office.

Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who has
- A strong passion for working with children aged 512 and helping inspiring them to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.
- Previous experience working with children or working in the childcare/ education sector.
- Previous experience in organizing before & after school programs is highly beneficial.
- A strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.
- A Valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.
- In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004 only applicants over the age of 20 years old can be considered for this role.
