Job Description
- Provide comprehensive career advising services including oneonone client relationships assessments and individualized attention to eliminate employment barriers
- Manage client cases maintain detailed documentation and ensure followup as required by contracts
- Facilitate professional development workshops and manage programmatic offerings to ensure highquality businessdriven curriculum
- Collaborate with the business services team to align job preparation with market demands
- Oversee program management including coordinating workshops issuing grants and collecting placement data
- Contribute to operational support compliance standards and process improvements
- Participate in training capacity building and professional development activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or 2 years experience in education social services healthcare or communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including public speaking
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
- Experience in career advisement workshop facilitation and curriculum development
- Ability to prioritize tasks maintain flexibility and work in a dynamic environment
- Customer service experience and strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of various occupations and career paths particularly in healthcare
