Job Description
- Install fiber optic cables at heights following schematics (onsite training will be provided).
- Drive and operate cherry pickers (C1 or C license required). Additional training will be provided for those without prior experience using cherry pickers.
- Lay cables in underground ducts and manholes.
- Safely use ladders and tools for high areas.
- Set up safe work zones with signs and barriers.
- Follow safety rules and wear protective gear.
- Work in tight spaces and outdoors in any weather.
- Fill out job reports accurately.
- Check vehicles and report any problems or damages.
Qualifications :
- Having experience in Cable installation will be considered although not necessary.
- Have a valid Maltese driving license with category C1 included.
- Communicate effectively in the English language.
- Have a handson approach to work.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients.
- Having a Technical mindset
- Experience in fiber optic splicing is a plus but the company will provide training to teach this skill if needed
