Massaya is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our premium wine and arak brands across Lebanon. As a key leader in our company you will play an integral role in expanding our market presence building strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering exceptional results through strategic sales and business development in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a commercial business plan that identifies opportunities sets tasks and defines commercial goals.
- Oversee strategy performance and key account acquisition.
- Manage pricing strategy and its implementation.
- Oversee merchandising and activations.
- Build relationships with regional on and offpremise wholesalers across Lebanon.
- Engage with modern trade and ontrade key accounts including online platforms dutyfree stores and UN agencies.
- Build strong networks with traditional Lebanese restaurants and coastal fish restaurants where Arak is a staple served with mezze.
- Develop relationships with hotels guest houses gastro pubs restaurants caterers and event venues.
- Provide product education by training restaurant staff internal teams and guests.
- Monitor performance and adapt promotional focus seasonally.
- Coordinate with social media and advertising agencies.
- Recruit train and manage a team as the business develops.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in sales business development or commercial management preferably in the wine spirits or hospitality industries.
- Proven experience in building and managing relationships with key accounts distributors and hospitality businesses.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of Lebanese hospitality and food culture with an existing network in restaurants hotels and retail.
- Fluency in Arabic English and French is preferred.
- Passion for wine and spirits with a deep understanding of Massayas brand and products.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Lebanon for business development and client meetings.

- Base Salary: $2000$3500 depending on experience and qualifications plus a sales incentive.
