Job Description

Your role as a Customer Care Representative 

  • Uphold exceptional customer service levels both internally and externally.  

  • Efficiently handle communications (phone and email) from both internal and external customers.  

  • Oversee and resolve reported incidents via the quest system within established timelines. 

  • Prioritise prompt call answering and foster relationships with customers to gather feedback for continuous service improvement.  

  • Greene King support agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to two days per week after training. 

What youll bring...  

  • Motivation and drive putting the customer first offering practical solutions and sharing new ideas.  

  • Past administrative experience with solid computer skills especially Excel and outlook.  

  • Ability to solve problems whilst collaborating effectively with others in a team.  

  • Demonstrates steady resilience and an optimistic mindset ensuring the successful accomplishment of tasks and goals.
