Job Description

As a Senior Consulting Sales Executive you will be a crucial member of our consulting go to market team responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities and acquiring new corporate and enterprise clients. You will lead the origination development and closure of engagements with new clients and be responsible for managing new client pursuits working closely with our consulting leaders around solution and proposal development to achieve revenue growth targets. You have a strong understanding of the business value of business and technology consulting and are capable of building trust quickly.  You are an excellent networker and can manage relationships with senior leaders in corporate and enterprise organizations. You build strong collaborative relationships internally across practices and teams to ensure we bring the best of Ollion to our clients and prospects. If you thrive in a dynamic environment possess excellent communication skills and have a knack for spotting opportunities this role is tailored for you.


Qualifications :

EXPERTISE YOU BRING

  • Proven 7 year track record in sales and business development winning new clients and exceeding targets.

  • Experience working with and building trusting relationships with CSuite executives.

  • Experience selling consulting services and solutions; emphasis on cloud data and AI preferred.

  • Excellent communication presentation networking and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into viable consulting opportunities.

  • Resultsoriented mindset with a strategic approach to business development and strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Pipeline generation to achieve sales growth through executing sales strategy sales plays and go to market campaigns.

  • Build go to market plans which help achieve coverage for all consulting services across all accounts/territories and consistently exceed revenue and booking goals.

  • Winning new business and securing new Enterprise and midmarket logos and accounts independently.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate qualified leads within prioritized market segments and ideal client profiles.

  • Identify and engage key decisionmakers through research personalized outreach and relationshipbuilding activities.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using email campaigns cold calls LinkedIn engagement and eventdriven followups.

  • Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives such as roundtables workshops webinars and conferences to enhance lead generation and prospect engagement.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to maximize the impact of brand awareness capability promotion and lead generation programs.

  • Ensure sales initiatives align with Ollions consulting capabilities value proposition and brand standards.

  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closure working closely with the Consulting team to analyze client needs develop solutions and drive conversions.

  • Coordinate seamless client onboarding ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to consulting delivery.

  • Track measure and optimize sales performance including event success pipeline progression and business impact.

  • Support the creation of compelling sales materials presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Adhering to Firmwide brand standards and guidelines.
