Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and workforce plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide consultative recruitment solutions offering market insights and hiring strategies.

Requirement Closure & Sales:

  • Collaborate with clients to define job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure prompt candidate submissions.
  • Negotiate contract terms salaries and fees to successfully close hiring deals.
  • Meet or exceed placement targets and revenue goals.

Recruitment Coordination & Process Management:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and track hiring progress.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Market & Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends competitor analysis and talent market insights.
  • Attend networking events conferences and client meetings to strengthen partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in account management client servicing or recruitment sales.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes staffing and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close hiring deals.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience working with CRM ATS (Bullhorn Zoho Recruit etc. and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and hiring requirements effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in IT BPO or niche recruitment sectors.
  • Strong network within the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Ability to upsell and crosssell recruitment services.
