Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide consultative recruitment solutions offering market insights and hiring strategies.
Requirement Closure & Sales:
- Collaborate with clients to define job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure prompt candidate submissions.
- Negotiate contract terms salaries and fees to successfully close hiring deals.
- Meet or exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
Recruitment Coordination & Process Management:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement.
- Ensure seamless coordination between recruiters and hiring managers.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and track hiring progress.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Market & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Keep uptodate with industry trends competitor analysis and talent market insights.
- Attend networking events conferences and client meetings to strengthen partnerships.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 years of experience in account management client servicing or recruitment sales.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes staffing and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close hiring deals.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Experience working with CRM ATS (Bullhorn Zoho Recruit etc. and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and hiring requirements effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in IT BPO or niche recruitment sectors.
- Strong network within the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Ability to upsell and crosssell recruitment services.
