Job Description
3 years of experience in Product Design
Job Location: Bangalore 100 onsite work from studio)
Bachelors in Arts or Design is preferred
Description
We are looking for UX Designers who will be responsible for endtoend of a project/product experience. The ideal candidate should have design thinking skills a strong sense of visual aesthetics excellent verbal & written communication skills. If you enjoy creating interfaces love challenges and can design digital products that are both visually appealing & userfriendly we want to hear from you!
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops collaborate with clients to understand business and user needs as well as project goals.
- Create personas to understand target audiences craft user journeys & define use cases for the product.
- Create & build design systems highquality wireframes visual mockups that fulfill product goals in an efficient and aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Design assets that showcase relationships between product features users and data.
- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Audit existing designs to identify improvements or conduct usability tests to refine your designs.
Requirements
Must have Skills
- Strong critical thinking and highly developed wireframing presentation & prototyping skills.
- Solid understanding of usercentered design principles & methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- High attention to detail ensuring pixelperfect design and consistency.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Ability to present and explain your work effectively with articulate communication.
- Ability to plan and deliver projects on time.
Expected Outcomes
- Highquality wireframes prototypes and visual designs that meet the goals of the project.
- Continuous communication between internal teams project managers & stakeholders.
- Welldocumented designs for smooth handover to developers.
