- To support in recovery to fulfil and optimise the recovery operations. Strive towards making a positive experience for our customers so they will return and shop with us again over time. Use the IKEA tools and expertise of my colleagues to support you in achieving this.
- Support the handling and administration of returned and transferred products with the objective being to minimise loss and maximise profit.
- Carry out some IT data entry works documenting the returned products into appropriate bins.
- Strive to minimise the financial loss and try to maximise the financial recovery by repacking and moving goods back to stock or assemble price and sell goods in the AsIs shop.
- Assist Exchange & Return in sourcing of replacement part or missing parts.
- To repack products meant for BackToStock (BTS).
- To assemble products for store themes in the store.
- To handle quality claims of quality issues furniture.
- To s quality claim furniture following strictly the procedures.
- To print and stick AsIs price tags on the furniture for sale in AsIs shop.
- To contribute to vitality and take part in instore activities that are set with my manager.

Qualifications :
- 1 year of relevant working experience retail preferred
- Confident to approach and talk to people
- Enthusiastic about work and working with others in a team
- Ability to prioritise and organise own work to make efficient use of time available
- Good personal discipline
- You can commit working on AM/PM shift including weekends and public holidays.
- You have good communication and computer skills.
